It has studied the use of vardenafil in patients with spinal cord injury or other diseases CNS, patients with hypoactive sexual desire disorder, patients who have undergone pelvic surgery (Except prostatectomy with preservation of bilateral innervation), patients with traumapelvic and those who have received radiotherapy.

In vitro studies with human platelets indicate that vardenafil alone has no effectsantiplatelet agents. However, at high concentrations (supratherapeutic), vardenafil potentiates the effectantiplatelet of nitric oxide donor sodium nitroprusside. In humans, vardenafil had onlyor in association with acetylsalicylic acid does not affect bleeding time (see Section 4. 5).Notsafety data exist on the administration of vardenafil to patients with disordersbleeding or active peptic ulceration. In vitro studies:Vardenafil is metabolised predominantly by hepatic enzymes via cytochrome P 450 (CYP) isoform 3 A 4, with some contribution from CYP 3 A 5 and CYP 2 C isoforms. Therefore, inhibitors of theseisoenzymes may reduce vardenafil clearance.
